What TailgateDocs is
TailgateDocs generates safety documentation (site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, safety programs, toolbox talks) for contractors, using AI generation with automated verification. You receive finished documents customized from the information you provide.
What TailgateDocs is not
TailgateDocs is not a law firm, insurance provider, or safety consultancy, and our documents are not legal advice. No document by itself makes your company OSHA compliant; compliance depends on what happens on your job site. A qualified person must review each document and adapt it to actual site conditions before work begins. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for how documents are used.
Purchases, revisions, refunds
Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. If your GC, prequalification reviewer, or insurer requests changes to a delivered document, we will revise it free of charge within 24 hours of your request. If we cannot deliver a usable document for your project, contact support@tailgatedocs.com within 14 days for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailgateDocs' total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document at issue. We are not liable for citations, penalties, incidents, or losses arising from the use of generated documents.
