What we collect
When you use TailgateDocs we collect the information you enter in our questionnaires (company details, project details, contact information), your email address, and standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To generate and deliver the documents you purchase, provide support and revisions, improve our document quality, and, if you opt in, send you safety content and product updates. We use AI providers (Anthropic) to generate documents from the details you submit; your data is not used to train their models.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your project details with anyone except the service providers needed to run TailgateDocs (hosting, payments, email delivery, AI generation).
Data retention & your rights
We keep order records as required for tax and support purposes. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@tailgatedocs.com.
